Please READ CAREFULLY before making a purchase.

Our intention is always highly to deliver a fair transaction for both parties and build a good relationship with all my buyers/friends for years to come!

1. Policy. 

We guaranteed all of our animals are 100% healthy at the time of delivery.

* If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify DeadMouze support team within 24 hours. All sales is final if we don’t hear anything within 24 hours package received.  

2. Return authorization.

* If return request is approved customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.

* Animal/s must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible shipping date. All animal/s return will be subject to be held in quarantine for a few days to ensure it is healthy before refunding the cost of the animal. Original shipping fee is NOT refundable.


3. Buyer’s responsibility. 

It’s buyer responsibility to have minimum basic knowledge on how to properly care for your animal.

* We have the full right to cancel and/or terminate any transaction for any issue/s occurred due to buyer’s lack of knowledge and/or fault.

4. Genetic/Combo. 

All heterozygous (het) genetic carrier produced at our facility is 100% guaranteed, unless otherwise stated clearly on the ad and/or on our website.

* We only guaranteed and verify our direct buyer. We have no responsibility if he/she (the buyer) decided to resell the animal and mistakenly described the animal.

5. Shipping. 

* International shipping

Please contact prior to arrange any international shipping. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees which include not limited to cites fee, health certificate fee and carrier fee which will be included in the total shipping cost. (Minimum purchase for international is 5k).

*Domestic shipping

Domestic shipment will be handled by FedEx via

- We only ship Monday through Thursday and when weather is allowing for a safe delivery.

- All animals will be properly packed and shipped by the date and time scheduled and requested by buyer.

* We require ‘hold-for-pickup’ at closest FedEx facility for guarantee live arrival, no exception.  

- For residential/commercial address delivery buyer is responsible to be present for the same day delivery scheduled as agreed. If for any reason buyer is NOT present during delivery and/or if delivery needs to be reschedule then buyer MUST assume the risk and waive their live-arrival guarantee.

* If any issue occur we need to be notified within 24 hours or less from the package is arrived, otherwise all sales is final.

6. Payment plans.

We open to entertain a fair and reasonable payment plans.

- All payment plan will be required a 25% non-refundable deposit.

- Min $500 – $1000 for 2-4 weeks time frame.

- Min $5000 – up for 2-12+ weeks time frame.

* Please DO NOT enter a payment plan agreement unless you’re able to complete the transaction as agreed.

* We accepted all major credit cards via and/or amazon paid service, bank direct deposit and/or wire deposit, and bank/USPS money order which will be held for 7 business days to be cleared.

** Due to the increase in online fraud and scam acts we no longer accept any paypal and personal checks.
